Wicked Origami

Engagement process

Nothing here is a surprise, and nothing is charged for until step four.

  1. An introductory call

Free, private, thirty minutes. We find out whether this is the right thing for your situation - and if it is not, I will say so and suggest what might be.

  2. Onboarding

A short engagement agreement, and enough background on your role, organisation and current pressures for the first session to start somewhere useful. That information is used for nothing else.

  3. The first session

I explain how I work and what I will and will not do, and we agree a cadence. You leave with a way of identifying which of your current decisions is most worth examining.

  4. Reflection sessions

Sixty minutes, at the cadence that suits you - weekly is most common. Question-led inquiry, often Socratic in form, working on live decisions to find where your reasoning needs clarifying, strengthening or rechecking.

  5. A review point

After five sessions we stop and take stock. You can end, change the cadence, or carry on. Most people carry on; the compounding is the point.

Step one is a conversation
