3. Nature of the services
Design engineering work is delivered under a separate written agreement for each engagement. Critical Reflection sessions are reflective and non-directive in nature; they are not therapy, counselling, or medical, legal or financial advice. Clients remain fully responsible for their own decisions, actions and outcomes.
4. Commercial terms
Fees, payment terms, scope and engagement-specific conditions are agreed separately in writing and are not governed by these website terms. Where the two are inconsistent, the written engagement agreement prevails.
5. Scheduling and availability
Any reference on the website to availability, scheduling or duration is indicative only and subject to agreement as part of a separate engagement.
6. Intellectual property
Website content, materials, methods and written outputs remain the intellectual property of Wicked Origami Ltd unless otherwise agreed in writing. No licence is granted beyond personal, non-commercial use of the website content. Tools published as open source carry their own licences, which take precedence for that code.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is excluded for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of this website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
